This is an easy to make and tasty recipe!
Plain flour 250g
Caster sugar 50g
Evaporated Milk 100ml
Caster Sugar 75g
Makes 6-8 egg tarts
1.Mix pastry ingredients and knead into a dough.
2.Refrigerate dough for 2 hours (reknead before use)
3.Roll out dough and cut to small dough balls and press balls into tart shells
4.Pour egg custard (read below) into shells. Bake at 180c for 20-30 mins, until the custard has a slight wobble to it.
5.Cool for 10 mins and then eat! 🙂
1.Dissolve sugar in boling water, set aside to cool
2.Stir in eggs and milk with cold sugar water.
3.Sieve twice before putting into tart shells.
